Skip the turkey, Skip the ham, Click on Chef Mark Monette's Lamb

Chef Mark Monette of Boulder's Four Star Flagstaff House Restaurant creates an online Colorado lamb feast that will turn an ordinary holiday meal into something extraordinary. Available online and delivered fresh to families everywhere!

Boulder, CO - Following the sell-out popularity of its online Thanksgiving meal, the award-winning Flagstaff House Restaurant is now offering online a freshly prepared Colorado lamb feast for four to be enjoyed by home chefs and foodies alike this holiday season.

Chef Monette, whose online culinary creations have been featured on Food Network's "Road Tasted" with Jamie and Bobby Deen (sons of Paula Deen) as well as NBC, has put together a complete online "soup-to-nuts" Colorado lamb holiday dinner that fine dining fans coast-to-coast can enjoy this year.

"Since our online Thanksgiving Dinner was so popular and sold out quickly, we wanted to offer one of our most popular entrees for people to enjoy in their homes this Christmas," said Mark Monette, Executive Chef and Partner of the Flagstaff House Restaurant. "Our Colorado lamb, and the unique way we prepare it, is the perfect holiday meal with its elegance, versatility and its mild, delicious flavor. Combined with our sides and dessert, this feast for four will turn the average holiday meal something truly special."

Just heat and serve.

SIDES
· This holiday season, Chef Monette is sharing a Flagstaff House specialty, Italian Heirloom Polenta. Ready to add milk, heat and serve.
